How can I place a custom order?
We take custom orders! You can shoot us an email from our forum on our contact page. Give us some information on what you are thinking and we will reach back out to you!

Do we cater events?
We do! Our purple bakery cart is mobile and can be transported just about anywhere! You can hire us to come cater any event from baby showers to weddings to even just a backyard cookout. We love coming out and interacting with our customers to serve them our delicious treats!

Should I put my cake in the fridge?
This depends! If your order has buttercream, leave the cake out at room temperature, as butter gets hard in the refrigerator! If your order hs our whipped chocolate ganache frosting, this can stay in the fridge until its time to eat!

How do I keep my cake fresh?
Baked goods are generally best when consumed as close to the day it was made as possible. After 3 days, items will still be good just not as fresh! If you cut your cake order and have leftovers, saran wrapping the exposed cake can help it stay fresh and moist.

How do I transport my order?
When it comes to driving with your order, we recommend placing the box on the passenger side floor of your car. Make sure your order is on a flat surface (not a crooked one like the car seats) and that it cannot slide! Drive nice and civilized and your cake will make it to its destination!

How can I get my cakes decorated?
As a new business, we are trying to push our own style and branding. This being said, we are super flexible and can decorate your cake orders however you would like! With all orders, we do take some amount of creative freedom/liability.

What if I messed up/dropped my order?
Unfortunately, once the baked goods are delivered, they are out of our hands and into yours! Once they are transferred, the customer is responsible for what happens to them. If a tragedy ever happens with your order, you can always reach back out to us and we will try our best to help fix the issue!

How can I pay?
After you have finalized your order with us, we will send you an invoice through Square to pay at your convenience! It is super easy to use and efficient for both the business and the customer. If this does not work for you, we are flexible and will figure out what is best for both parties!
